    the location was stunning - so close to the marina markets and diving centers, quieter lagoon restaurant that has a smaller buffet and the lagoon and all the ship entering. the staff was helpful and very caring, and the service was good. deluxe room was gorgeous and splendid had electric blankets.

The setting of hotel was best possible and absolutely perfect, very close to Marsa Alam airport. It was also near to the Marina markets and diving centers, the restaurants and bars and the desert.

    The staff - some of them were not that friendly.

    I enjoyed my stay with great service from staff and lovely beach views. The food lacked variety and the evening dining experience could be improved, as I felt overlooked as a solo guest. A comfortable place for a short escape, but some attention to dining service would enhance the experience.
